Yes. Some visits are one and done, where agents enroll on the spot and enter the applications afterward. Others take a meeting first and a return visit to enroll. Vantyx Flow handles both, at any kind of worksite.

They download Vantyx Flow from Google Play and sign up with their work email. The app matches them to your agency automatically, or they enter a joining code you give them.

No. Location is optional and the app works fully without it. When it’s on, it’s read only at check-in and when a meeting is marked complete, never in the background.

The agency pays one monthly bill, emailed by our payment processor, Stripe. An agent counts as active if they signed in at least once that month, so agents who didn’t use the app that month aren’t charged. Your agents never receive a bill from us.
