Download Vantyx Flow from Google Play and tap to sign up. Enter your work email, then the 6-digit code we email you, then choose a password.

If your work email matches your agency, you’re added automatically. If it doesn’t, the app asks for your agency’s joining code. Your agency’s leadership can give it to you.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it into the app and choose a new password. You never have to leave the app.

If the code doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. After five wrong tries a code stops working, so request a new one. Still stuck? Your agency’s leadership can send you a reset code from the app, or write to us.

No. The app works fully with location off. It asks only when you check in at an institution, and it’s read only at check-in and when you mark a meeting complete, never in the background.

With location off, your check-in still works and is recorded as unverified. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Check that notifications are allowed for Vantyx Flow in your phone’s settings, then sign out and back in. Signing in registers your phone again. If the app’s Settings screen shows a notification error, send us a screenshot of it.

No. If you’re an agent, your agency pays for Vantyx Flow and you’ll never get a bill from us. Nothing is paid inside the app.

Agency owners receive one monthly invoice by email from our payment processor, Stripe. Questions about an invoice go to support@vantyxsystem.com.

You can delete it yourself in the app, from Settings. See Delete your account for the steps and what is kept.
